Requirement:
 Graduate with the relevant professional majors, prefer graduate from finance & banking
 At least 3 years of working experience in insurance field, prefer non-life insurance
 Foreign language: basic listening, speaking, reading, writing in English (at least in College)
 Good presentation, communication and persuasion skills
  Ability to work independently as well as in team work
  Ability to work under high pressure

Responsibility:
 Work closely with Sales Manager and Deputy Sales Manager to consolidate information and implement strategies to win sales contracts from clients, including making phone calls to potential clients, visiting clients
 In charge and support in exploiting business operations at his/ her Section
 Accomplish the monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the Company on the labor contract and appendix of the labor contract
 Attend training programs, seminars related to business development and clients’ service in order to develop the competence of staff
 Ensure all renewal policies are properly processed before the expiration and deliver on time thereafter
 Ensure all current clients are well cared for and their enquiries are answered appropriately
 Provide market information to the current clients to help them know what types of insurance which are appropriate with their business operation
 Follow up and manage Sales Staffs in coordination with Accounting Department in order to pay the agent commission or brokerage to Sales staffs in time.
Liaise with Survey & Claim Department to ensure that clients’ claims are settled properly and promptly
 Liaise with Underwriting Department and Reinsurance Department to ensure quotations, insurance contracts, endorsement and certificate required by the clients are properly prepared and delivered on time
 Implement other tasks as assigned by Superiors
