Job Purpose:
- Enables agency distribution growth by providing an effective career roadmap for agents & leaders as well as general agency directors.
- Capturing short term opportunities through efficient monthly incentive and activities planning
- Providing long term strategic planning to help expanding Agency network and fuel growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Compensation and Incentives
- In charge of the development and optimization of the compensation plat form to meet business strategy and sustainable growth.
- In charge of the development and optimization of the incentives and contests schemes to drive quality sales and recruitment.
- Optimize the compensation and incentive budget to in compliance with budget allocation.
Strategy and Planning
- In charge of the development of annual strategy and planning, medium & long-term strategy.
- In charge of the tracking of annual business plan, preparing management reports to Top Leadership Team & Quarterly Review with Regional Leadership Team.
People Management
- Lead a dynamic team to ensure a good working environment fostering the collaboration and innovation culture.
- Build a strong team with the right level of capability and expertise with a clear career road map
- Build an effective succession plan.
Others: To be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any)
Job Accountability:
- Ensure annual sales planning and strategy are aligned with local KPI and Strategy
- Ensure effective and well managed compensation and incentives scheme that drive sales quality and outcome
- Build up a strong and engaged team
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- University Degree in a business-related field
- At least 8-year experience in working with data and data analytic, MI and planning, decision making management, sales planning and strategy
- Thorough understanding of distribution channels, Sales, Customers…
- Experiences in life insurance, data analytic and MI are preferred.
- Strong execution capability is a must
- Ability to produce results under time restraint
- Excellent communication skill
