*JOB OVERVIEW
As a C&B Cum Administrator, your main responsibilities are to handle the administrative task, support the operating tasks at the Convenience North Vietnam team bringing the excellent service to our value clients and associates. You will work closely with Convenience North Vietnam team.
*RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Data Management
Manage and control Master data for all associates of staffing service, to be updated
Follow up to collect associates' personal profiles, scan, filling and update data in both hard and soft copies
Cross check with PIC of insurance to update employee's SI book & MI card No./ info into master data.
2. Onboarding preparation/ process
Contact with new hire to collect data & guide them with preparation of on boarding documents
Prepare offer letter, labor contract for new hire, appendix for extension/ adjustment if any
Confirm the new hire list to insurance consultant for new hire registration includes compulsory & private health insurance
Update full personal info of associates, include banking account detail into master data and reconfirm with consultant monthly, to make sure the correction of salary payment into correct bank account; prepare monthly payroll slips to employees
Support project assignment from time to time at client site
Meeting with associates to settle issues / Periodical calling associates for catch up as assigned
Register tax code for new hire, follow up to get Tax code & update into master data
Register dependents for associates, follow up results, update to master data and record supporting documents.
3. Others
Prepare the list of associates for yearly social activities, collect quotation, prepare & support delivery gifts to associates on Mid-autumn festival, TET, year-end party, …
Manage and keep team's facilities and stationary
Other admin task as assign by supervisor/ manager.
*REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Economics
Less than one year of professional experience in administration
Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Solid on-site experience
Good experience in administration
Good understand of job arrangement
Fluent English.
