Requirements
Min. 3 years of working experience in e-commerce and/or logistics industry
Good analytical and communication skill
Experience in leading teams in the recruiting of partners for Courier, Express, Parcel (CEP)
Experience in executing operational improvement initiatives
Proficient in English
Ability to manage details and establish root cause
Willing to make business field trip if necessary
Experience in managing a CEP store is an advantage
Responsibilities
Manage the first mile operations and ensuring the pickup from retail sellers/ shippers are being done in an efficient and cost-effective manner to achieve performance and cost per parcel target.
Execute operational improvement projects
Manage campaign execution
Analyse and report on data on to improve productivity targets, reduce cost, eliminate errors in dispatch and thus deliver excellent customer service.
Lead on strategies to manage logistic requirement of First mile by optimizing capacity and expansion of routes.
Drive continuous process improvement to enhance customer experience
Working time: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM, adjustable according to the working conditions.
