Location: Hanoi
*Responsibilities:
- Develops strategy and manages implementation of MarTech and CDP platform and services
- Ensure the Martech and CDP platforms have the data, functionality (analytics, reporting, content management, marketing automation, delivery, omni-channel media) and business rules required to deliver highly personalized and dynamic multi-channel campaigns.
- Provides day-to-day administrative direction and oversight of key data and integration technology matters enabling MarTech and CDP
- Provide input and recommendations around journeys and campaign strategy, processes, briefing, technical requirements, QA, and execution.
- Leads data deployments related to MarTech and Customer Data platforms
- Leads initiatives to synthesize insights from data and implement omni-channel and mass personalization programs where the campaigns and leads are generated from marketing analytics teams and business units
- Generate reports and insights to provide visibility of campaign performance with end-to-end track
- Collaborates with the legal, security and privacy teams to research, compile
- recommendations and best practices on data privacy and compliance
- Develops a vision and manage for team growth, upskilling to meet the changing needs
- Manages budgets, operational plans and performance requirements
- Proficient knowledge of Martech and CDP platforms (e.g.,
- Salesforce, Adobe, Hubspot and other tools)
- Expertise in deploying Martech and CDP platforms as well as designing and executing digital marketing campaigns via these platforms
- Familiar with project management tools like Jira, Trello
- Experience and desire to work in an Agile process (pair, programming, daily stand-ups,
- etc.)
- Seniority: Mid-Senior level
- Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in marketing technologies preferably for banking and/or financial institutions, of which a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a multi-project environment, while ensuring
- production systems are up and performing well
- Experience in agile development processes
- Experienced with actual use case deliveries especially advanced marketing analytics
