Job description:

1. Operational Planning & Management of General Agency network
  • Leverage established operational design principles to build the strategic distribution service framework, operational strategy, development, and implementation for the business network, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain relationships inside the division as well as with key stakeholders throughout the organization in order to develop an integrated approach that is in line with strategic intent and financial objectives (APE & market share growth)
  • Managing and leading the back-office distribution operations team in order to provide effective assistance to Agency Distribution and Partnership Distribution in order to monitor and implement sales activities in order to meet KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with Agency Distribution and Partnership Distribution on sales efforts, such as agency compensation rules and service allowances.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and risk mitigation, quantify the impact, and create value capture plans.
  • Use best practices and technologies for operational efficiency.
  • Metrics and KPIs should be designed and implemented. Ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

  • Put sales efforts in place, such as agency compensation policies and a service allowance.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance and banking, economics, or insurance is required.
  • Has a degree or certificate of training in the field for which it is intended that such person be accountable, granted by a Vietnamese or international insurance training organization.

2. Work experience: At least 5 years in a senior management role.

3. Knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of the Vietnamese distribution and franchising model
  • Excellent knowledge of the Vietnamese insurance and market
  • Excellent knowledge of leading, managing, and inspiring people
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of local and national governance, business procedures, and decision-making processes.
  • Politically astute; can read circumstances well and make solid decisions.
