RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position is responsible for Project Admin activities to support admin tasks of The Change, Communication and Education (CCE) team:
• Support CCE team to create communication, training materials and quizzes based on routine assignments. Support to translate some training materials and newsletters.
• Schedule regular meetings for End User Training
• Maintain and update digital platforms.
• Act as point of contact for participants in HCMC hub, general support to visitors/ participants.
• Book domestic travel and accommodation for participants.
• Other Admin duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
• College/University in Business Administration or relevant.
• At least 6 months experience as Administrative Receptionist, Office Admin,...
• Fair in English communication.
• Hard work, detailed and meticulous.
• Be able to use computer and MS office: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
