As a Resident Quality Engineer, you will:

Deal with problems occurs during acceptance tests and assembly.

1. RE should use the method of "5W2H" to descript the nonconformity occurred in the process of acceptance tests and assembly, and reported the site's condition to related person in the Company.

2. When Company should responsible to the problems, RE need to do the containment, isolation, transfer job according to the risk range which the Company provide.

3. Supervise the worker strictly follow the SOP document to operate during the rework process.

4. Follow the process of vehicle assembly, identify the potential risk of assembly process, and cooperate with the customer and solve the problem occurs during assembly process.

 We hope you have:

●Holds Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical, Electronical or Chemical

●More than 1 year working experience in the automotive industry;

●Understand ISO9000/TS16949/VDA etc., quality system;

●Understand the quality improvement tools (FMEA, FTA, 8D, 6Sigma, SPC);

●Understand the basic principles of battery operation, understand the basic characteristics of communication failure and mechanical structure failure, understand product failure analysis methods;

●Familiar with office software, with basic statistical analysis, report summary

●Good communication skills, logical expression skills and stress resistance.

●Language skills: Chinese, English.

●Can legally and unrestricted take part in jobs which is related in high voltage battery in Vietnam.

●Better with local driving license.

Note: With the development of business, the resident engineer maybe needs to adjust the location according to Company’s requirement (mainly in Vietnam).
