RESPONSIBILITIES:
SCM DM Operation:
- Perform Supply Chain Management (DM) as per required by company guidelines, division & BU regulations
- Perform supplier sourcing for projects, manage purchasing process & support PM/CPMs to perform Change & Claim management against Suppliers
- SCM reporting
- Have cooperation with CPM & PM to understand the nature of projects to look for qualified Supplier
Monitoring/Reporting/Quality Management (ISO)/Data management (SCM DM):
- Master data maintenance. Vendor qualifications & annual evaluation. Tools handling (C4S, Pumaweb, Nexus...).
- Continuous & timely measuring of SCM quality targets, NCC reports & rectifications. Regular & ad-hoc reports on all SCM KPI (PVO, CTG, CNI, FPL…)
Strategic Procurement
- Supplier development & Develop procurement strategies: frequent update knowledge on market for sourcing potential suppliers, develop preferred vendor list with added value to BU/projects, perform quality check & evaluation to suppliers, define process/programs to develop suppliers
- Proactively contribute idea on Company SCM Governance meetings to update new guidelines, processes
- Participate at Global/Regional tendering for pooling demands: negotiate with suppliers at country level for Local Adoption Agreement, Frame Agreement with preferred Suppliers.
REQUIREMENT
- Knowledge of logistics, custom clearance process
- Knowledge of PM@S, contract law, International Trade (e.g. Incoterms, payment terms...)
- General Laws and Tax knowledge related to Logistics/ Import & Export
- Business reporting
- Customer/Supplier relationship management
- Fluency in English: written and spoken
- At least 2 year experience in logistics clearance or /customs SCM function
