Job Description:
Mainly involves Human Resources (HR) duties on Compensation and Benefits. The successful candidate will provide support to human resources functions under the compensation & benefits team, generate management reports, as well as ad-hoc HR projects.
The main responsibilities include, but not limited to:
● Monitor the periodic social insurance, health insurance to ensure it runs smoothly
● Manage the paperwork process related to foreign staff including but not limited to: visa, work permit, temporary resident card, etc., and support them personally
● Build, develop, and maintain employee information storage systems
● Monitor and implement the company's labor management & labor legislation
● Manage, follow and update the Company's organizational chart and divisions
● Participate in consulting, guiding, informing and answering employees of the company on issues related to labor legislation, processes and policies of the company's human resources functions
● Elaborate new C&B policies based on business growth and law. Compare with the labor market, the competitor to build-up good salary, benefits policy
● Maintain regular contacts and ensure a comprehensive knowledge of current labor regulations, policy and procedure of company
● Manage the start/stop work process for employees and make the appropriated adjustments
● Manage and support preparing internal events that our company participate in
● Perform other tasks assigned by the Management (research, translation, etc.)

Job Requirements:
● Having at least 3 years of experience in HR Generalist
● Having experience to work with foreigners
● Having experience to work with the authorities is an advantage
● Having experience in leading a small group from 3 people is an advantage
● Good command of English (~ equal to IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 800)
● Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite (Doc, Spreadsheet, etc.)
● Able to work well under pressure and to meet target & deadlines
● Trustworthy, careful and organized
● Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic
