*Responsibilities:

• Manage production plans and ensure their adherence
• Monitor daily production plans to ensure targets (eg UPH) are met
• Ensure effective communication between company and customer
• Responsible for ensuring workers complete assigned tasks and activities
• Manage shift leads to ensure compliance to procedures and DL attendance
• Oversee the coordination of production/process problem resolution plans
• Responsibility for technical quality control and production quality control
• Carry out 5S management daily ensuring all requirements are met
• Responsibility for ensuring all workers and activities are carried out in a safe environment
• Responsible for ensuring all production is carried out in accordance with all safety and EHS regulations, either required by company and/or the customer/CM
• Ensure safety training for workers is delivered when required and records kept
• Responsible for managing and reporting any safety related incidents
• Provide reporting for assigned production tasks
• Manage non-conforming product and materials and ensure 8D to prevent reoccurrence
• Ensure non-confirming product is managed according to SOP
• Manage the consumable requests and accessory stock replenishment by warehouse
• Comply with any reasonable requests from line manager
• Assist all on-site teams when required to get tasks done
