We are seeking an Analytics Engineering Manager to be responsible for developing and governing our data and information strategy in order to drive business decisions and growth. You will develop data procedures and policies, and work closely with various departments to collect, prepare, organize, protect, and analyze data assets while ensuring that the company meets industry best practices. Other duties will include leading inter-disciplinary teams, improving and streamlining data systems within the company, and driving innovation.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in data management, leadership, and information technology systems and tools. A strong background in IT, business, and mathematics is advantageous.

- Design and implement data strategies and data infrastructure to support the business growth.
- Maintain and enhance the mission of building a single source of truth for business insights.
- Foster a data-driven decision-making culture within the organization, be a dedicated partner of the Executives team and Functional heads in regard to data services and solutions.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the team of Data Analysts and Data Engineers to achieve work efficiency and advance their data careers.
- Enhance data services catalog and quality of data deliverables; initiate or lead corporate-level data projects, consult on function-level data projects.
- Proactively collaborate and maintain working relationships with relevant functions to best match data solutions with organizational and functional needs.
- Oversee the collection, storage, management, and protection of data; develop and reinforce the data governance and regulations across the company.
- Effectively communicate the status, value, and importance of data initiatives to Executive members and staff.
Requirements:
Must-have
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related technical discipline
- Well-proven experience in Data roles.
- Thorough understanding of data landscape.
- Demonstrable knowledge of data-related applications, big data solutions, and tools.
- Management experience; project management skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; advanced English communication.
- Analytically minded and strategic.
