REQUIREMENTS:
- Conduct the design stage management of future projects
- Support the tender team in the preparation of Tender documents for future projects
- Support to Site PM teams in resolving architectural design issues during the Construction stage and Operation stage.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 years of experience in Architectural Project Management at large-scale clients or 7 years in Team Lead role at architectural consultancies.
- Experience in Project Management for mixed-use condominium projects
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Fluent in English
