JOB SUMMARY: 

Our client is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager based in Ho Chi Minh city (Vietnam) to build sales opportunities and form connections with our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to find new ways to help us achieve our client acquisition and revenue goals. Our client offers remote workdays, training opportunities and competitive compensation packages.  

This position will be working mainly in an ICT education project for children aged 5-10, whose target clients are K-12 schools in Vietnam. Involvement in other projects in Vietnam is possible to support the company’s growth in Vietnam. 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in the target market 

  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients 

  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems 

  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients 

  • Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities 

  • Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs 

  • Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up 

  • Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts 

  • Managing virtual and in-person sales meeting. 

  • Attending events and networking activities to open new business opportunities for the company 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads 

  • Advanced presentation and persuasive skills 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients 

  • Attention to detail and organization skills for honing in on each necessary task 

  • Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills 

  • Good English communication skills (both spoken and written)
