Leading the Finance & Control teams to ensure they perform their duties well, answerable to the Board of Directors (BOD) and other stakeholders. This involves making sure reports are timely and accurate, records are transparent, and collaboration with Tax officers and external auditors.

In charge of the Control system, overseeing all IT systems (ERP, POS, ECommerce, etc.), and establishing clear policies for effective risk management. Strictly following legal and accounting standards (IFRS and VAS) and keeping an eye on cost efficiency.

Representing the BOD in important finance matters like cashflow projection, working with banks or the parent company for cash resources.

Leading efforts for M&A projects, long-term business planning, budgeting, and deciding on opening or closing brands or stores.

Heading the internal Compliance Audit team to make sure all company policies are maintained and implemented correctly.

Offering advice and involvement in all areas related to Finance & Control, including reviewing Profit/Loss appraisals for new brands and stores, assessing retail pricing/buying plans, and evaluating proposals/programs for marketing or promotions, loyalty customer policies, and staff incentives.

Providing training to all departments on relevant policies/procedures and keeping an eye on staff compliance.

Supervising all company matters and evaluating situations that could affect finances or compliance.

Handling other tasks assigned by BODs.

Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• CPA, ACCA, CFA is a strong advantage.
• Proven knowledge and at least 5 years of experience as CFO, finance controller, or in a relevant role in retail, large scale, or rapidly growing businesses.
• In-depth understanding of corporate financial law, IFRS, and risk management practices.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting methods.
• Proficiency with SAP or ERP.
• Business ethics and integrity.
• Strategic planning, critical thinking, result-oriented, and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented, data-driven.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
