Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining good relationships with current and potential customers; consulting, addressing inquiries, and meeting customer needs to enhance satisfaction and generate new sales opportunities.
Reporting and Evaluation: Monitoring, reporting, and evaluating the effectiveness of sales projects. Providing summary reports and proposing improvements to enhance sales performance and achieve sales targets.
Analysing customer Forecasts and Calculating the quarterly/annual Sales Report.
Negotiating the Purchasing Pricing with various suppliers.
Co-working with R&D and Engineers to clarify product specifications...
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.
Knowledge, Skills, Attributes
Must have
At least 3 years experience in the same roles in the electronics field.
Possessing strong analysis, logical thinking skills
Possessing strong communication and presenting skills
Experience in managing electrical and electronic projects is required
Responsible for the conversion project from a factory in China to a factory in Vietnam
Manage project progress and ensure the project is completed on time
Ability to work under high pressure.
Good project management skills.
Possessing strong problem-solving skill, methods, and attitude
Manufacturing project experience
Internal and external coordination capabilities, able to coordinate resources according to customer needs and forecasts
Possess basic business literacy, able to communicate directly with customers
Cost-sensitive, and have risk management awareness
As a CFT Representative in Vietnam performing team assignments
Working location:
This position will require the training in either Neihu, Taipei and/or Huizhou, Guangdong, China (maximum 3 months)
