MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calculation of service contract performance costs
- Drafting, preparing the contract, arranging the signing of the contract between the parties. Support contract negotiation when required
- Create projects, purchase orders, import project cost estimates on the SAP system
- Track, update, manage costs and activities on the management system of technical services
- Track and manage debt collection with customers
- Other administrative jobs at the request of managers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Students who are about to / have just graduated or had work experience from 1-2 years, guaranteed to work full time from Monday to Friday
- Being trained in foreign trade majors, international business
- Having understanding and understanding the terms of international transactions, shipping and payment
- Good English
- Careful, meticulous, tidy, know how to arrange work, capable of storing papers well.
- Enthusiastically supporting the group, receptive, eager to learn, hard-working.
- Control time well. Be proactive at work and able to work independently
- Proficient office informatics skills
