A. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
I. Manage Customer Call Center (CRM):
- Train & manage customer call center on hotline and social media channels.
- Handle customers inquiries
- Drive call center to achieve digital lead quality & manage dealers' compliance to process of Lead follow up, lead record on Salesforce
II. Retail Marketing:
_ Work losely with each and every Dealer to consolidate nationwide annual retail marketing plans and budget of all dealers.
_ Review store visual of Dealer showroom, marketing campaign.
_Review Retail Marketing plans & report from Dealers. Call for actions and follow-up.
B. REQUIREMENTS
Education
- University of business administration/ Economic/ related field
- Good command of spoken and written English, Vietnamese; excellent interpersonal skill
- Computer PC skills for Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience
- Min. 3 years of experience in CRM and similar fields
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese auto/ car market, consumer behavior, customer insight and expectations
- Interpersonal skills and presentation skills. Good problem solving skill & customer services mind-set
