Position: Product Operation Assistant (E-commerce)
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for reviewing export-related documents of Vietnamese merchants in accordance with risk control standards, including but not limited to complete sets of export declarations, bill of loading, air waybills, express bills, cargo bills, multi-modal linkage orders, invoices, etc. uploaded by merchants for consistent data sex, content compliance, etc.
Responsible for the customs declaration verification review of key export declaration forms according to standards, and the review of the network trajectory of key logistics orders
Responsible for the detection of key abnormal merchants, including but not limited to online or offline indirect or direct contacts, visits, etc.
After receiving CCO training, be responsible for answering questions and handling problems in corresponding Dingtalk groups, zalo groups and related channels, partners or directly from customers, including but not limited to answering customer questions, guiding customer operations, independent or submitting work orders to solve related operational or system problems reported by customers, and follow up on the completion of the solutions
Responsible for monitoring changes in abnormal data, including but not limited to obviously abnormal data flow, status changes of formed abnormal data, etc.
Assist the department in organizing various forms of activities such as online and on-site
Research on individual issues or general situations in a certain field as required
As required, form a work report based on work content and time latitude (day, week, month, quarter, year, etc.)
Other related work arranged by the department such as customer service to support customers to solve problem or answer customers’ questions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in international trade, e-commerce, supply chain management, customs management and other related majors
3 years of working experience, preferably those with experience in freight forwarding, customs brokers, and e-commerce platforms
Be familiar with the characteristics of the e-commerce industry, understand the e-commerce supply chain, and have a full understanding of the traditional supply chain and new supply chain structures
Have good logical thinking ability, certain data analysis ability, and strong communicationskills
Be proactive, keep learning, and have a certain ability to withstand pressure
Have certain product and operational capabilities
Proficiency communicates both English and Chinese
