Finance Manager
Location: Northern

*Responsibilities:
  • Full ownership of entire factory controllership, costing and financial analysis
  • Manage the plant month-end, quarter-end and year- end closing process and prepare monthly operation performance reports including the relevant variance analysis;
  • Ensure adequate costing and accounting process in place, including standard cost updates, physical inventory verification, periodic cycle counts, CIP and FA physical count, detect risky control deficiencies;
  • Manage plant operating budget, quarterly financial planning estimates as well as production;
  • Manage budgeting and financial reporting systems to provide timely and relevant plant financials;
  • Work closely with operational teams to establish the standard Supply Chain Policy, operation processes and performance KPIs in compliance with the Company guidelines;
  • Drive factory finance digitalization/automation transformation
  • Provide timely insights of costing variances;
  • Drive operation functional teams to fully comply with Company Accounting policy and ERP utilization requirements;
  • Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives as well as executing the planned cost control actions
  • Manage the deployment of cost saving and other programs to improve operating performance. Monitors and provides opportunities to support continuously improving Plant Productivity;
  • Work closely with the purchasing team in vendor management,  to  balance  sourcing  risk  and  opportunity;
  • Ensures plant quality policy and ERP program are thoroughly implemented in the finance function;
  • Evaluate plant capital requisition request supported by the in-depth analysis of the expected productivity, operation efficiency and saving. Monitor and report purchase commitments and spending for all capital programs. Conduct follow-up audits to ensure compliance for all significant capital investments;
  • Ensure adequate control to safeguard plant assets, documents and financial records;
  • Manage plant finance staff and provide timely coaching support staff career development;
  • Provide full support to all Compliance investigations and Audits;
  • Lead ad-hoc projects as required including appropriate ERP implementations and system upgrades;
*Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA/CMA preferred or equivalent local professional qualifications;
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years professional experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus;
  • Lead with a strong compliance and integrity mindset
  • Familiar       with   IFRS   GAAP, and    local   statutory requirements;
  • Strong leadership skills required to drive environment of continuous improvement;
  • Mature operation skills of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.);
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
