FINANCE MANAGER
Location: Hanoi
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the day-to-day administration and preparation of financial transactions and statistics reflecting earnings, profits, cash balances and other financial results to ensure compliance with approved accounting standards and maintenance of general ledger integrity and accuracy
- Monthly performance review of the group including review of monthly management accounts, variance analysis against budget/ forecasts
- Prepare/ Review quarterly forecasts and yearly budgeting of the projects
- Oversee AP, AR and GL to meet Head Quarter’s reporting deadlines
- Monthly, Quarterly and handle yearly audits for projects assigned
- Report /assist in reporting to all Joint Venture Partners
- Manage data quality and integrity of output for all financial accounting and reporting result
- Assist in any expansion plans for projects assigned including to support in investment approval paper preparation process and financial feasibility study
- Assist in performing post investment reviews for approved projects assigned
- Manage the applicable financial accounting documentation and supporting procedures and ensure all are up to date
- Implement new system/ SOP, if any
- Other Ad-hoc related duties assigned
* Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent with at least 5-8 years’ relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP. Audit background is a plus
- Strong analytical skills for financial data, with an eye for details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Familiarity with SAP/Cognos
- Knowledge in Investment Law will be an added advantage
- Good team player, with a hands-on attitude and high level of integrity
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff
- Highly organized and result oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritise work load
