Job Title: Financial Management Expert

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy: Develop and execute strategic financial plans to support the bank's growth objectives and ensure long-term financial sustainability.

2. Budget Planning: Lead the budget planning process, collaborating with stakeholders to set financial targets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor budget performance.

3. Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting, to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.

4. Investment Management: Manage the bank's investment portfolio, including asset allocation, risk assessment, and performance monitoring, to optimize returns while adhering to regulatory requirements.

5. Cost Management: Implement cost control measures and efficiency initiatives to manage expenses and improve cost-effectiveness across all areas of the bank's operations.

6. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

7. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business units, risk management, and compliance teams, to align financial strategies with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

8. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, and reporting requirements relevant to financial management activities.

9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancement of financial management practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the bank.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master of Finance) or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
• Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and analysis within the banking or financial services industry, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards applicable in Vietnam.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and financial software applications.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.
