Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities in high-rise building projects within the real estate sector.
- Evaluate investment opportunities through financial modeling, due diligence, and risk analysis, ensuring alignment with our investment criteria and objectives.
- Lead the negotiation and structuring of M&A transactions, including asset acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and development to execute transactions efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and manage investment portfolios, including tracking performance, identifying risks, and implementing strategies to optimize returns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including property owners, developers, brokers, and financial institutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments to inform investment decisions and strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on investment pipeline, portfolio performance, and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate investment, with a focus on M&A transactions and high-rise building projects.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing, executing, and managing real estate investments, with demonstrated ability to deliver strong financial results.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills. Experience with real estate investment software and tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment strategies, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
