Key objectives 

• Originate all transaction documentation

• Follow up on client's payments and delivery schedule

• Track cargo arrival status 

Job description 

• Issue sales contracts, payment and delivery orders, other documentation related to sales transactions

• Communicate with clients about payments and deliveries

• Maintain complete and timely records and documentation in internal systems 

• Monitor cargo arrival, completeness of documents required for customs clearance

Job Requirements 

• BS or higher 

• Fluent English, fluent Chinese (desirable), 

• 2-5 years of experience in sales support function of a trading company of similar enterprise related to petrochemicals and polymers

• High level of client communication skill, eagerness to become a center point in delivering best-in-class customer experience

• Experience in working with ERP systems, customs documents, warehouses
