MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and update the organization's timekeeping system to accurately reflect employee attendance and working hours.
Ensure the system is configured properly to accommodate various shift schedules, overtime calculations, and leave policies.
Monitor daily attendance records and address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Verify and approve attendance records submitted by employees through various channels (e.g., biometric systems, online portals, manual records).
Process employee leave requests, ensuring adherence to company policies and available leave balances.
Coordinate with managers and HR to manage staffing levels effectively during periods of leave.
Generate regular reports on attendance trends, including absenteeism rates, late arrivals, and overtime hours.
Analyze attendance data to identify patterns and potential areas for improvement in attendance management processes.
Compliance and Policy Enforcement:
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies regarding attendance and timekeeping.
Implement disciplinary actions or corrective measures as necessary for attendance policy violations.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant HR experience in factories (strong at C&B)
- Fluent in written and spoken English for effective communication.
- Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office applications (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
