Job Description
- Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the company and brands in order to attract potential customers and retain existing customers.
- Supporting sales and increasing brand awareness
- Generate ideas and concepts for marketing plans and campaigns
- Managing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns
- Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities, events and interviews
- Maintaining company social media platforms & websites, and tracking data analytics to determine marketing effectiveness
- Generate ideas and suggest on how to increase marketing effectiveness
- Create and manage marketing budget and timelines towards meeting project objective(s).
- Preparation of various marketing reports, review marketing-related tasks contracts, follow-up with marketing tasks/projects administrative processes.
Major Duties/Task
- Lead the team in full support on all marketing initiatives for products launches, promotion, and operations
- Planning, attending and implementing Events such as, but not limited to: Monthly Road show, Motorbike Festival, Annual Dinner, ….
- Liaise and work closely with designer and vendor(s) to ensure successful implementation of A&P activities and events.
- Responsible for sourcing. arranging, and following through with a contractor to build dealers’ signboard and showroom, with consideration for the companies’ budget limits and situation.
- Preparation of annual Marketing Budget at the beginning of the year.
- Reporting Marketing Activities performance in a year; pre- and post- event analysis.
- Oversee the production of all marketing materials, including printed materials, website content, and social media accounts activities; website and Facebook is fully up to date with campaigns, products and all other relevant information and utilize them as a promotional and marketing tools
- Check the quality and quantity of A&P items receiving from vendors.
- Drive and support dealers to achieve sales target through marketing activities.
- Monitor competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy
- Producing promotional gifts and manage gifts stock. Maintain inventory list and control to a healthy level. Perform monthly stock count.
- Responsible for registration of documents about promotion program to Trade Department.
- Lead and manage marketing department staff by providing tasks, objectives, strategies, and projects
- Collaborate with sales function to better support sales through marketing activities.
- Create marketing presentations to propose a campaign/project/activity. Marketing presentations will also be required for management purposes.
- Any ad-hoc project as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma/Degree in marketing discipline.
- Candidate with at least 3 years marketing executive experience.
- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Excellent communication abilities to communicate ideas and proposals across the management and to our targeted audience
- Budget management skills & proficiency
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in marketing, designs and production
- Infatuated in design, creative ability, be able to create good ideas.
- To work well and responsibly under pressure
- Ability to work independently and in a team. Must be good in cooperation and show enthusiasm in his/her work tasks.
