Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement a sales growth strategy, including identifying key business opportunities and a detailed action plan. 
• Provide regular business updates and monthly reports regarding project pipelines of key account customers, new concepts and propositions, competitions, and market information. 
• Ensure the portfolio is appropriately represented at the relevant level to customers, prospects, and industrial networks. 
• Diligently implement all company policy requirements including reporting, compliance, training, and other items as assigned by Management. 
• Perform other duties as deemed appropriate and assigned by management. 

Key Requirements: 

• Minimum 7 years' experience in selling food ingredients. 

• Proven record in developing new businesses and establishing customer relationships
