As the MEP Lead, you are a seasoned Engineering professional specializing in HVAC, Sanitary, and Electrical disciplines. Your role involves leading a team of MEP Modellers with a focus on technical proficiency and effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:
- Advanced knowledge in HVAC engineering disciplines.
- Proficiency in HZG, KLT, RLT, SAN, SPR, ELT, MSR.
- Scrum workflow accreditation, with a Scrum Master level.
- BIM ISO19650 accreditation.

Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree in MEP | HVAC, Sanitary, or Electrical Engineering.
- Post-graduate experience in AEC industry.
- Practical and theoretical understanding of the built environment.

Soft Skills Mastery:
- Advanced skills in time management, emotional intelligence, continuous learning, adaptability, collaboration, resilience, curiosity, coaching mindset, project management, creativity, critical thinking.

People Management:
- Leadership of up to 10 MEP Modellers.
- Conducting regular team meetings and quarterly reviews.
- Ensuring team members receive required training.
- Fostering a "1-Team" attitude.

Language & Communication:
- Proficient in English (spoken and written). English language proficiency - GSE rating system (>85 points & C2 rating)
- Effective communication with Direct Line Management and other departments.
