*JOB OVERVIEW

Together with Enterprise Accounts, Outsourcing & Staffing Services of HCMC Team of dedicated members, be responsible for helping Company achieve hiring goals.

*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a project team of 3-4 members focusing on volume recruitment.

  • Be responsible for management & improvement of team’s performance.

  • Partner with other functions such as Sales, Ops to participate in client’s meeting, kick-off meeting to clarify recruitment requirements from clients.

  • Propose and implement recruitment plans based on hiring demands of clients.

  • In-charge of full recruitment cycle for hiring & placement of right candidates.

  • Conduct training & coaching of technical & soft skills to recruiters.

  • Control sourcing cost and provide solutions for optimizing ROI of sourcing.

  • Cooperate with Sourcing function to research market & conduct salary survey for mapping candidates.

  • Take part in online & offline campaigns to attract talents.

  • Support some other admin tasks assigned by Manager.

*JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Economics or related fields.

  • Four years of professional experience in outsourcing human resources or related services. Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal). Solid on-site experience.

  • Good experience in Outsourcing Service and mass recruitment process.

  • Good understand of local labor law and regulations.

  • Good English is an advantage.
