Main task:
1. Ensure the HSE compliance in factory, fulfill standards of local law and Brand’s Code of Conduct
2. Update HSE report and submit to government as required law (reports on occupational safety and health, occupational accidents, chemical management report, environmental monitoring report, etc.)
3. Checking of occupational safety, reporting results, monitoring the corrective actions plan
Tasks list:
1. Establish policy and procedure, handle implementation and annual review periodically
2. Timely update the changes in occupational safety and health from the government/brands apply it to the reality
3. Manage and prepare the document for internal audit, external audit, brand’s audit
4. Internal/external (Group 1,2,3,4,5,6) training HSE requirements to employees
5. Set up HSE committee, HSE network to take care for smooth operation
6. Manage the fire protection system, build an emergency map, set the location of the fire protection system, set up warning signs for fire safety instructions and emergency exit. Supervising the maintenance of fire protection equipment. Organization of evacuation, emergency situation drills. Report periodically to authorities
7. Manage chemical safety (MDSD, RSL, chemical inventory, etc). Organize drills to respond to emergency situations for chemicals
8. Monitoring, testing and calibrating equipment with strict requirements on occupational safety and hygiene periodically
9. Send samples for testing of quality of drinking and domestic water according to regulations.
10. Follow PPE matrix, track & provide timely
11. Factory walk-though to list out non-compliance issues and follow up improvement plan timely 12. Set up HSE master plan for estimated cost
13. Monitoring safety subcontracts, suppliers when implement maintain or repair in the factory (subcontractor card, signing HSE compliance commitment, issue/withdraw work permit, using qualified PPE,…)
14. Support annual physical exam for employees as periodically
15. Conduct an accident / incident investigation, identify the cause and come up with a remedial plan to prevent the accident. Record, monitor and resolve any arising problems
Requirements:
1. Graduate from university on Labor protection Environment or Engineering
2. At least 02 year experience in HSE leather/footwear/garment
3. Strong knowledge and experience in Safety/ Environment/ Management system ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 45001
4. Good at English
