[1] What to do  

1. e-voucher sales for welfare to Manufacturing sectors such as Samsung and Thaco companies 

- Market and Customer demand survey 

- Develop action plans and welfare plans 

 > Define requirements, propose solutions, and unify implementation and acceptance 

- Negotiating, signing contracts with partners 

- Update sales report regularly (Sales data analysis) 

- Partner management 

[2] What you need to have 

- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business administration 

- 3years or More of B2B sales experience in Manufacturing or Commerce business 

- Having a network in the Manufacturing or Commerce sector & B2B 

- A strong passion to produce results in foreign startup companies 

- Proficiency in MS Office 

- Fluent in English or Korean 

[3] Conditions of employment 

1. The day of work (Start date): April 2024 

2. Entry requirements 

- During the first two months, the internship will take place, during which you will receive 90% of basic salary (However, allowances, benefits, and annual leave will be paid from the time of the formal recruitment contract) 

- After the internship, the final formal recruitment contract will be carried out after an internal evaluation 

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (5 days a week), 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM 

3. Terms of formal employment 

A) Basic salary (Monthly) 

- Gross 20,000,000 VND ~ 30,000,000 VND 

B) Allowance 

- (Monthly) Phone, Lunch, Transportation fee  

- Business Grab/Taxi/Transportation: Actual expenses settlement (Submit a receipt / Payment within the monthly limit according to company regulations) 

- Health insurance  

- Bonus (Annual): 100% of the basic monthly salary of Tet is paid every year (however, it may vary depending on the company's circumstances) (Provided, That if you work less than one year, you will be paid on the basis of the official date of employment) 

- Commissions/incentives paid based on KPI achievement, sales target: Differential payment based on performance in accordance with company regulations 

C) Annual leave 

- Annual leave is paid once a month based on the month of employment (12 times a year) 

- Additional annual payments based on the number of years of service 

- There is no separate annual allowance if the relevant annual leave is insufficient (as of the end of each year) 

D) Welfare 

- Compliance with the three major Vietnamese social insurance legal obligations 

- Payment of condolence money (in accordance with company by laws)
