Job responsibilities:
- Be responsible for recruitment, selection and on-boarding for designated functions.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to deliver end-to-end Talent Acquisition in line with plan;
- Contribute to the end-to-end process for manpower of the bank, including but not limited to sourcing, talent mapping, on boarding;
- Develop candidate talent pipelines via leveraging or developing all recruitment channels to attract and connect with potential talents;
- Effectively utilize sourcing tools and evaluate the effectiveness of them and identify new tools to optimize the productivity; develop and manage candidate database;
- Ensure regular and predictable pipeline reporting for recruiting partners, HRBP and the business; including pipeline status with talent and market insights, calling out trends and appropriate hiring strategies in response;
- Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR perspectives;
- Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions; Promote the corporate culture/ values both internally and externally to strengthen the employer branding;
- Improve process & procedures, making recommendation to enhance productivity and simplification; Be responsible and contribute to the employer branding initiatives and campaigns;
- Assist in other HR works and projects as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- At least 10 years of working experience in human resources and talent acquisition;
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in related fields;
- Effective communication skill with strong business acumen and consulting skills to achieve win-win solutions among stakeholders;
- Strong service mindset and high commitment to timeline and quality;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and under pressure;
- Fluent in English
