Technical Consultant/Technical Support (IT)
Location: Hanoi

*Responsibilities: 
 - Pre-sales & Technical
  • Prime source of information for IDEMIA’s product and solution range with solid knowledge and comprehension of the Roadmap
  • Main interface for products related technical topic between the customer and IDEMIA
  • Scoping proposed products to meet client requirements
  • Tender preparation
  • SIM/eSIM/ M2M profile and application configuration and validation
  • Lobby and create customer awareness of IDEMIA product and services
  • Ensure feedback to Product Business Line on technical features required by the customer to help at the definition of IDEMIA product roadmap, in full coordination with the Sales and Marketing team
  • Provide on-going technical support to sales/distribution channels and contribute towards preparation of sales presentations, tender responses and proposals
  • Evaluate customer’s requirement and product’s specification
- Production
  • End to end project management. Includes specification, design implementation and testing
  • Bytecode development (JavaCard for STK)
  • Deliver technical documentation/specifications
  • BAP: schedule
  • Project coordination with RnD and Regional Technical Support team for project management:
                       + Define functional requirement specification
                       + Develop product 
                       +  Product functional validation with customer
- Post-Sales
  • Maintain close relationship with technical counterpart of customer. Constant engagement in product specification reviews to upsell and influence the next product evolution.
  • Assist in quality complaint from customer on delivered goods through first level local troubleshooting. Support Quality team in the resolution of the problem and coordinate response/communication to the customer.

*Requirements:

- Experience & background

  • Prefer to have experience in areas of technical consulting / technical support
  • Strong knowledge in Computer Programing or Software Programing (user requirement specification clarification, design, development, testing, troubleshooting)
  • Degree in Computer Science or Telecommunication from a recognized institution
  • Prefer to have technical knowledge with JavaCard/ 3GPP/ ETSI / Global Platform / ISO 7816 standard.
  • Prefer to have technical knowledge with Cryptography - Symmetric/Asymmetric Algo., / PKI / Authentication / Certificate
  • Experience in validating JavaCard applet/ firmware / software product released by RnD

- Technical Skills

   Technical writing: Requirements Gathering / Technical Documentation

  • Technical understanding:  the industry standard (i.e JavaCard, smartcard 3GPP, ISO, ETSI), smartcard product technical features, application design, client technical requirement
  • Troubleshooting
  • Validation Method

- Education

  • Bachelor degree or above

- Language

  • English: Business (Speaking / Writing)
