Responsibilities
•User research to understand the needs preferences and struggles of target users.
•Conceptualization and wireframing of global platform service
•Create brochures and posters introducing company's technology and services.
•Close collaboration with developers, marketers and product owners.
•Create and maintain design documentation, style guides and design specifications for development teams.

Qualifications
•3+ years of experience as a designer.
•Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and Figma.
•Deep understanding of UI/UX design and B2B services.
•Communicate in English with overseas branches and partners.
•*Portfolio required.

Proficiency:
•Experience in Biotechnology & Pharma industry
•Experience in startup culture.
•Experience with printed materials, such as brochures, posters, packaging, etc.
•Experience in running online marketing campaign
•Good hand draw skills
•Fluent in English
