Performance Objectives:
• Sales management (initially Business Care Service, Industrial, Floor care, Lodging, Catering, QSR & FSR): Prospect; Update & create new/ potential customer profiles on CRM; Present; Audit; Analyze cost; Report; Increase sales to existing customers; Monthly sales plan; Monthly rolling sales forecast; Hand over sales to various teams concerned (I&L for example)
• Key account management: Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly meeting and review with key accounts; Follow up the contract and renew contract with key accounts; Maintain relation with the customers; Prepare contract, follow up tracking; Receive and feedback customers’ compliant and feedback
• Administration & sales support: Files management; Sales support to sales manager/ I&L Consultant/ Application specialist; Follow up with customers, forecast, inventory, push sales....; Follow up tacking sales; Prepare proposal, costing, P&L....; Design Job card, wall chart, others sales materials; Communicate customers request, related info to the team
• Internal report: Monthly rolling forecast; Monthly sales report to management; Monthly activity report to management
• Weekly Sales Management Meeting with COO
Requirements:
• Minimum one-year related experience in lodging, QSR or FSR is an advantage
• Good presentation and communication both in English and Vietnamese
• Proactive attitude, business mindset, passion for sales / business development
• Self-directed, good problem-solving and team-working
