Purpose of position:

  • Market development study in order to understand the Vietnam & neighborhood countries potential market and set up the business strategy for the region
  • To search and identify the new potential customers, focus on the international corporation and be a representative to these customers for all sales & commercial activities.
  • To search, develop the new customer sources for company, take care and follow and prolong the relationship with them.

Key responsibilities:

  • To be responsible to identify the new potential customers and market segments
  • To prepare and implement the sales plan to achieve the given sales objective (turnover and GP).
  • To be responsible for survey and develop the most important markets on the assigned region following company’s requirement.
  • To approach, introduce and offer company’s capacibility to these new customers and obtain their orders.
  • To coordinate and work out price proposals and delivery terms and conditions, to follow up proposals and to internally confer with the supporting departments in connection therewith in cooperation with other departments in order to realize the business with new customers
  • To actively obtain the market information of the projects, which involved to company capability and identify the potential business for company. Project customers including plastic products…
  • To coordinate closely with another department in order to understand the strategy and implement it.
  • To be responsible for the registration, inventory and processing of complaints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical; Fluent in English
  • Managerial skills, development skills, commercial skills, communication & relating to others.
  • Knowledge and experience about Sales (plastic), at least 3 years in new business development.
  • Production knowledge and plastic industry technology background and lean manufacturing management.
  • Very good in negotiation, planning, communication and well presentable, proactive, tender, team work
  • Independent working, young and proactive
