* JOB OVERVIEW

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive is a skilled and experienced talent to lead and drive our digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and implementing strategic and tactical digital marketing plans within our budget to increase corporate brand awareness and generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) for our business. You will also supervise and mentor junior team members, coordinate with the entire marketing team, as well as collaborate with other departments to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall goals.

* RESPONSIBILITY

1. Lead Generation

  • Take lead in Lead Gen program by developing and implementing digital marketing plans to attract prospective clients based on the company’s objectives, industry trends and target audience.

  • Identify and test new innovative digital marketing opportunities and stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

2. Website, SEO & SEM

  • Manage and optimize company’s websites (local and a part of global sites), SEO, SEM and PPC to improve website ranking and user experience for both clients and candidates.

  • Work closely with website vendor on fixing technical issues.

  • Create and deliver various types of content on websites (landing page, SEO articles, blog posts, newsletters, etc.).

  • Set up and monitor SEM campaigns (Google Ads, PPC) to ensure the highest ROI within the budget.

  • Coordinate with other departments to drive website traffic growth, sign-ups, and applications.

3. Email Marketing

  • Create and optimize email marketing campaigns on third-party email software.

  • Monitor and manage performance of email marketing plan

4. Social Media

  • Support the performance and optimization of social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)

  • Set up and run advertising campaigns on the company’s social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn) and monitor the performance to achieve set objectives.

  • Use Social Listening tools for crisis management & potential opportunities.

5. Report & Data Analysis

  • Analyze various types of data sources to generate in-depth reports, gain insights and make data-driven decisions and report on a timely basis.

  • Analyze quantitative research data for marketing and industry reports.

6. Others

  • Cooperate with regional and global teams on marketing projects.

  • Perform other tasks (event support, admin and so on) as assigned.

* REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

  • At least 03 years of experience in a similar role with proven track records.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software.

  • Excellent knowledge and experience with analytics tools of websites and other digital marketing channels.

  • Analytical mindset, tech savvy and data-driven approach.

  • Good communication skills and highly proficient in spoken and written English.

  • Multi-tasks capability, teamwork, and learnability.

  • Innovation, problem-solving and leadership skills.
