Job Description:

In-charge of Customs Clearance in-house. Managing customs declaration for import-exporting, CO and Eur1. Making the yearly report for 15-15A-16 (SETTLEMENT REPORT OF IMPORT-EXPORT-INVENTORIES OF RAW MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES IMPORTED TYPES OF MANUFACTURING)

Responsible for providing strong support to purchasing needs to meet overall Team objectives are close coordination and logistics.

Responsible for importation & exportation logistics of product and supplies.

Liaises with company authorized agent to ensure proper turn-over of required documents and brokers.

Ensures that sensitive and complicated matters are being reported to Head of Supply Chain.

Ensures the completeness of IMPEX documents are available to brokers when facilitating Import/Export shipment and ensures cargo release within the agreed time frame.

Prepares documents including Purchase order, Proforma invoice and other Needed documents for courier services.

Coordination with Germany headquarters on documentation requirements and accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipment for Import/Export related items.

Ensures that shipping documents, contracts, procedures, guidelines, forms and other quality records are updated and filed.

Ensures compliance on Vietnam regulations.

Responsible for the movement of both incoming and outgoing goods. Often involves in items for shipping & distribution, liaising with trucking and shipping agencies, documentation for imported purchases and export shipmen.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Import-Export, Logistics or a related fields.

At least 5~7 years experience at similar positions.

Must have experience in handling customs clearance in-house (business type: Processing Enterprises – EPE).

Must have experience in doing customs yearly report (form 15-15A-16).

Proficiency in English skills is essential.

Experience in handling booking confirmation with shipping lines, monitoring domestic deliveries & containers (coordinating with logistics team in headquarter).

Very important to have experience on dealing with government and customs authorities audits.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations related to international trading and import-export business.

Strong leadership skills and have the interest and ability to develop and motivate others.

Ability to build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders and assure compliance throughout the organisation.
