Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, from advertising to selection for all new positions at the hub.
- Adjust and roll-out global HR processes (in coordination with HQ) and manage all local processes)
- Cooperate with HR at the HQ
- Be the contact person for HR topics in the APAC region
- Advise employees and managers on all matters during an employment life-cycle
- Creation of documents and clarifications of legal framework conditions with external contacts (i.e., employment contracts)
- Support external payroll provider (ensure correct net and gross payroll accounting, time management in compliance with collective bargaining, company, tax, and social security regulations)
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Psychology or similar fields of study
- At least 5 years of professional experience in HR production environment (at least 7 years of total experience)
- Good knowledge in IFRS, VAS and tax/commercial regulations
- International, intercultural experience
- Group experience – ideally with a European group
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Assertiveness
- System knowledge in international HR software solutions
