MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide IT support and troubleshooting technical issues for users
- Plan and conduct training/workshop to help users know how to use the company products
- Build and maintain good business relationships both internally and externally as part of managing the needs of the overall satisfaction
- To provide administrative, training and data entry support and work with engineering team on the product improvements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree, preferable in IT related-field
- 4+ years working as IT support/ IT helpdesk or IT field
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English
- Good interpersonal skills and customer service-oriented
- Be self-motivated, able to think quickly and address issues as they arise
