Job description

Issue sales contracts, payment and delivery orders, other documentation related to sales transactions

Communicate with clients about payments and deliveries

Maintain complete and timely records and documentation in internal systems

Monitor cargo arrival, completeness of documents required for customs clearance
Job Requirements

BS or higher
-
Fluent English, fluent Chinese (desirable),

2-5 years of experience in sales support function of a trading company of similar enterprise related to petrochemicals and polymers
-
High level of client communication skill, eagerness to become a center point in delivering best-in-class customer experience

Experience in working with ERP systems, customs documents, warehouses
