Responsibilities:

Parts quality control:

- Conducts inspections of parts supplied by suppliers to ensure that they meet design requirements and quality standards.

- Performs receiving inspection (IQC) of parts, including inspection of dimensions, performance, and appearance.

Problem Analysis and Resolution:

- Investigates and analyzes quality problems with parts to determine root cause of problems.

- Work with suppliers to take corrective action to prevent recurrence of the problem.

Supplier Management:

- Evaluate suppliers' quality and delivery capabilities and select appropriate suppliers.

- Communicate with suppliers to ensure they understand and meet quality requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

- Drive continuous improvement of component quality, including the adoption of new quality tools and techniques.

- Participate in improvement projects to increase component quality and productivity.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyzes parts quality data, prepares quality reports, and reports parts quality trends and issues to management.

- Identify potential quality issues through statistical methods to predict and prevent quality risks.

Training and Education:

- Train internal teams on parts quality standards and processes.

- Educate employees on how to minimize parts quality issues through preventative measures.

Compliance Checks:

- Ensure that parts are designed and manufactured in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

- Participate in compliance audits and reports.

Cross-Departmental Communication:

- Maintains close communication with departments such as Purchasing, Production, and Engineering to ensure part quality requirements are understood and enforced.

- Coordinate parts quality issues with other departments.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years' experience in relevant positions.

- Experience in electronics industries or relateted manufacturing is a plus.

- Fluent in Chinese/English speaking.

- Good analytical skills, communication skills and problem solving skills.

- Have a good leadership and project management skills.
