Develop Air products and provide the best option for clients · Monitor and Analyse the Air Logistics market trends, price forecasting, demand and supply status etc. Prepare Market Sensing report. Derive the insight and develop internal strategy · Manage and maintain a good Business Relationship with Airlines & Logistics Companies. Secure the Best Airlines which can provide the most reasonable price (3) REQUIREMENTS: (a) EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION: · Bachelor’s degree above Major in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred. (Or an equivalent combination of work and education. / equivalent combination of work experience) · English Advance Level, other language skill is a plus (b) EXPERIENCE: · 12+ years’ experience in logistics · Prefer work experience in global logistics company or Air freight market · Must have experience in air freight pricing or cargo sales · Experience in negotiating and managing relationships with carriers and co-loaders (c) SKILLS: · Understanding and analysis ability of Air Freight market · Excellent communication and negotiation skills · Excellent interpersonal and customer service mind · Able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment · Proficient in Microsoft application
