Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Consulting department to evaluate the customer's preliminary documents and receive customer information after the Consultant signs the contract with the customer.
• Work with international lawyers to advise Vietnamese business people how to prepare their Permanent Residence/citizenship application.
• Ensure that customer documents and records are submitted on time, in accordance with program progress and customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English is a MUST;
• Passionate working in details & making strategy;
• International knowledge in business/finance/law is a plus;
• Careful and attention to details;
• Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines;
• Excellent customer service skills;
