Advanced Mobile Development: 
- Architect, design, build, and maintain advanced applications for Android and iOS platforms, ensuring top performance, security, and user experience. Develop and enforce coding standards and practices.

Strategic Collaboration: 
- Work with cross-functional teams, including senior designers, product managers, and other developers, to define, design, and implement innovative features that enhance user experience and meet business goals.

Integration & Architecture: 
- Lead integration with external data sources and APIs, ensuring a robust, scalable, and secure application architecture. Drive architectural decisions and strategies.

Quality Assurance:
- Establish and oversee comprehensive unit testing and automated testing protocols to ensure code robustness, usability, and general reliability. Implement and monitor code quality metrics.

Innovation:
- Continuously research, evaluate, and implement new technologies and methodologies to optimize development efficiency and application performance. Promote the adoption of new tools and practices that enhance team productivity.

Performance Tuning: 
- Diagnose complex performance issues, fix critical bugs, and continuously improve application performance. Develop strategies to ensure high availability and responsiveness of mobile applications.

Project Management: 
- Utilize advanced project management tools to efficiently manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables. Provide accurate project estimates and ensure timely delivery of high-quality mobile solutions.

Required Skills
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in mobile development, with a strong focus on both Android and iOS platforms. Proven track record of delivering high-impact mobile applications for large-scale projects.

Technical Expertise: 
- Deep expertise in software development with extensive knowledge of Java/Kotlin for Android and Objective-C/Swift for iOS. Advanced understanding of mobile design patterns, user experience principles, and security best practices.

Banking Knowledge: 
- Solid understanding of banking industry standards, regulations, and requirements. Experience in developing applications for financial institutions is essential.

Advanced Skills: 
- Mastery of cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native, Dependency Injection (DI), MVVM architecture, unit testing, RESTful APIs, Git, and Figma. Proficiency in advanced topics such as memory management, threading, and performance optimization.

Full Lifecycle Knowledge:
- Comprehensive understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, including experience working with remote data via RESTful APIs and JSON. Ability to oversee all stages of development, from concept to deployment and maintenance.

Version Control: 
- Advanced proficiency with Git version control system, including branching strategies and release management.

Communication:
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with English-speaking clients and senior team members. Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management Tools:
