- Handle all sales activities on assigned channels.
- Monitor information on the assigned business channels and report to the Sales Director.
- Provide effective support to assigned channels via regular market updates, organization of investment seminars, relationship managers (RM) training, support RM in sales activities, and sales contests to push sales.
- Update investment status and relevant information to investors
- Support the Sales Director in acquiring new distributors, increasing the sales capacity of assigned channels, and maintaining the relationship of assigned distributors.
- Develop a sales plan of assigned channels and submit it to the Sales Director for review.
- Be the key contact of clients of assigned channels for all queries and convey them to Customer Service.
- Monitor the marketing activities to make sure marketing activities are aligned with the assigned channels.
- Conduct a market survey on new product ideas on assigned channels.
- At least 5 years of experience in working for commercial banks, preferred in the Premier Banking division, or for insurance companies.
- Preferred working with foreign investors.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Dynamic, creative, and professional, with the ability to work under high pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as to work as a team.
- Ability to solve issues with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- Computer literacy in office software and applications.
