- Executive leadership role in a fast-growing and expanding Fintech start-up. Own, refine and drive partnerships and commercials with Banks and Financial Institutions in Vietnam
- Lead company operations, overall growth strategy, organizational leadership, financial and organizational management, external communications, and marketing and sales efforts
- Management of a growing Product Team, organize and implement department work plan, responsible for personnel training and daily management of the team
- Providing short term and long-term company vision and developing the sales and marketing strategy
- Research, innovate and inspire viable new product development strategies and execute up to product launch and beyond.
- Responsible to achieve revenue objectives
- Oversee operating plans, budgets, cash flows and company finances
- Build and motivate a world-class product, marketing and customer service team
- Ensure that the company complies with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and, where appropriate, best practices
2. What distinguishes you:
- Min. 12+ years of prior experience in sales and/or leadership efforts in start-ups or young companies with a background in financial services
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
- Track record of building innovative, creative, and collaborative teams.
- Experience in fundraising, credit and investor relationships is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership skills and effective collaborator with a growth mindset
- Fluent/Native in English
