​Responsibilities:

- Translators

•        Translate Vietnamese documents into English and vice versa, across a range of formats

•        Provide advice on audience tailoring and points of grammar/style across a wide spectrum of target groups, topics, and business-writing genres

•        Edit documents for style, logical flow, and impact, as needed

•        Coordinate and coach freelance translators as needed

- Interpreters

•        Facilitate effective communication between client service professionals and clients by converting spoken statements from one language to another in range of situations (e.g., in-person meetings, videoconference sessions, phone calls)

•        Coordinate and coach freelance interpreters as needed

Requirements:

·       Undergraduate degree in English language, with advanced degree preferred; interpreters may require specific interpreting training/qualifications

·       At least 3 years translating/interpreting experience, ideally in a corporate environment; editing experience a plus

·       Fluency in English; familiarity with English translation software

·     Superior written and oral communication skills; strong client service orientation; ability to work well both in teams and independently; ability to manage multiple priorities; self-motivation; high quality and service standards

- Senior Translator with at least 3-4 years of conference live interpretation experience

- Have at least 1 year of simultaneous interpreting experience

- Experience in interpreting for Indian Embassy and Indian companies
