*Responsibilities:
- Develop and direct the implementation of the end-to-end digital marketing analytics strategy in alignment with the Bank overall strategy
- Lead the formulations of marketing analytics plans including objectives, activities and success measures and ensure timely implementation of the marketing analytics calendar
- Design, develop and deploy marketing analytics use cases
- Collaborates with Executive Team to develop marketing analytics programs that assist in the achievement of the bank goals
- Lead marketing analytics strategies and lead/campaigns and support go to market plans for new leads and campaigns
- Executes marketing campaigns, including development and coordination of direct mail, website and mobile content
- Collaborates with third party marketing firm (as needed) with the development of advertising strategies and campaigns to acquire, retain, and expand relationships with customers and identified target segments
- Assists in the assessment and development of new products and services that meet customer needs
- Seniority: Mid-Senior level
- Years of experience: minimum 15 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably Banking and Financial Institutions
- Experience with marketing analytics generation and usage in digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
- Proven analytics use case development and iterations of improving the models for marketing campaign
- Proven impact deliveries of marketing analytics use cases
- Experience in Scrum/Agile environment
