Overall responsibility for operation of Logistics, Warehouse and Direct Procurement for Vietnam (Both North and South of Vietnam).
About the role:
1. The Essential Job Responsibilities, Be Specific And Concise:
a. Responsible for overseeing the Logistics Process: import-export process, Supply chain management process, inventory management process. Ensure Logistics Department complies with ISO 9001 requirement
b. Ensure Country is in compliance with the most updated corporate‘s policy, Vietnam laws, regulations regarding Import-Export, transportation
c. Ensure that ERP system (SAP) and related systems are maintained, updated on truly, timely basis. Use the systems for KPI reporting on regular basis
d. Manage and lead logistics team to champion best practices, business processes and disciplines in service parts logistics related activities : Parts demand planning, Direct Procurement, Inventory management, Supply chain management, Cost savings initiatives
e. Develop and maintain transportation system on domestic and international freight that ensure business needs(Service needs ) are met
f. Develop methods and procedures for scheduling of Parts dispatching from warehouse to customer’s assigned site in achieving customer demand and minimizing cost impacts to company.
g. Establish KPIs, monitor ongoing performance, and improve performance against set goals .Coach ,Motivate, Organize and Encourage team work within JD/Workforce to ensure set productivity target are met .Optimized Logistic organization for better overall performance(Direct the hiring/training new staff and performance evaluations of staff/Logistic category
h. Lead Logistics team to strengthen Talent Development within the organization. This includes; to assess the organizational learning and development needs, ensure talent development plans are prepared and implemented and assist in succession planning and associate career management
i. Interface as necessary with Regional / other Departments regarding project programs implementation
a. KPI as per sole assignment and direction from DN at a certain period.
b. Those KPIs can change any time upon company’s decision. KPIs to be communicated to employees via written or email communication.
c. Employee must follow the goals, KPI and performance plan set by the company.
d. Update KPIs and performance evaluation on time and at least twice a year.
2. Changing of JD and KPIs: The Company reserve the right to change or revise the JD and KPIs.
About the person:
- Graduate or Post graduate degree in Business or Transportation /Logistics management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Logistics field with more than 2 years as logistics Leader in a large Sales & Service organization.
- Logistics Experience in supporting Banking, Trading, Engineering and Manufacturing functions is preferred.
